Bernstein has two historic record-breaking sales; she negotiated the highest sale on Alton Road in Miami Beach and sold a 17,000 SF home in Pinecrest for $7,400,000 breaking the record there.

Nancy is prominent in the community and was appointed by Mayor Philip Levine to Miami Beach’s Resiliency Committee which works to clean up our city’s waterways, parks, and beaches, and institutes many green initiatives.
